Conference rooms. One press to a meeting.
Conference room and video conferencing systems for corporate, professional services, and education, engineered so anyone can walk in and start a meeting on the first press.
Built for the people who use it daily.
A conference room is used dozens of times a week by people who did not install it. Most rooms fail in the first ninety seconds: the call will not join, the screen will not share, the far end cannot hear.
We engineer the cameras, microphones, displays, and control so the room is legible at a glance. Join the call, share the screen, end the meeting. We standardize the layout and control so every room behaves the same, floor to floor, and ties cleanly into Teams, Zoom, or whatever platform you run.
One team scopes the rooms, engineers them to a single standard, and services them from one number when something drifts. Rolling out a floor or fixing a room nobody trusts, send us the plan.

Scoped, built, serviced.
Who we serve.
Corporate and office, professional services (law, finance), education.
First-press reliability: any employee can run a meeting without IT, and the far end hears every seat.
One standard across every room, so training is once and support is simple.
One number for service, answered by the team that built your rooms.
Questions, answered.
Do you support Teams, Zoom, and other platforms?
Yes. We engineer the room around the platforms you run and standardize the control, so the experience is the same whether one room is on Teams and the next is on Zoom.
Can you standardize rooms across multiple floors or buildings?
That is one of the main reasons clients call us. We set one standard for layout, control, and behaviour, then repeat it, so every room is familiar and every support call is predictable.
How is a commercial room different from a home setup?
It is engineered for volume and for users who did not install it: commercial-grade displays and cameras rated for daily use, control built to survive staff turnover, serviceable racks, and full documentation.
Can you retrofit an existing room, or only new construction?
Both. We fit AV into existing rooms regularly and engineer it into new construction before drywall closes. The room tells us what is realistic and we are honest about the trade-offs first.
How long does a conference room install take?
A single room is measured in days, a multi-floor rollout in weeks, depending on access and equipment lead times. You get a real timeline once we have seen the space.
Who supports the rooms after install, and where do you work?
We service them in-house, from one number, for as long as you run the building. We cover Nashville and Middle Tennessee. Call 615.279.8284 or email sales@proave.com to start.
